Steven Millner is a founding member of GEN II. He has over twenty (20) years of experience in the private equity administration business. Millner served as managing director/co-president of BISYS Private Equity Fund Services, Inc., a leading fund administrator to the private equity industry.  He has advised leading global financial institutions in the formation of their alternative investment strategies. Prior to BISYS, Millner co-founded DML, the global leader in private equity administration and served as an audit manager at the international accounting firm, BDO Seidman.  Millner is a co-founder of DMLT, Inc., the developer of the leading private equity LP Reporting Portal. He is a certified public accountant and graduated from Bentley College with a BS in Accounting.
