Mintz has been with J.F. Lehman since 1997. Previously, he was a member of the private equity investment group at Odyssey Partners, L.P. and served as a vice president at Rosecliff, Inc., where he was involved in all aspects of the acquisition and management of several portfolio companies. He began his career at Drexel Burnham Lambert in the corporate finance department.

Mintz received a B.A. in economics and public policy studies from Duke University. He has served on the boards of many of J.F. Lehman’s realized investments and is currently chairman of Drew Marine.
