Clark leads private equity consulting for the Great Lakes region. He is responsible for engagement with McGladrey private equity clients and the delivery of the firm’s value creation solutions to those clients and their portfolio companies. He oversees delivery teams to optimize clients’ return on investment by evaluating operating models and systems, identifying process and technology improvements, and leading value creation initiatives.

He has more than 30 years of experience developing and delivering strategic, technology-based solutions to address business problems for the middle market and Fortune 1000. Clark received a B.S. in information processing systems from the University of Cincinnati.
