Mr. Patricio D’Apice serves as Managing Partner at Access SEAF International Ltd., and of Fondo de Capital Privado MAS Colombia LatAm. Mr. D’Apice serves as Manager of the Private Equity Latin America Group of AIG Global Investment Corp. Mr. D’Apice has 14 years of experience in private equity funds in Latin America with AIG Global Investment Group, HSBC Bank, Banco Galicia, and La Nacion. Mr. D’Apice is also Founding Partner of Sobregolf S.A. As Investment Manager for Latin America for AIG Global, Mr. D’Apice held responsibility over a US$ 1 billion portfolio of 28 infrastructure investments, and achieved successful turnarounds and divestments. In 2005, he structured and launched the first private equity fund for pension funds listed in the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange, sponsored by AIG Global.

Mr. Patricio D’Apice has been Private Equity Consultant for the Colombian Stock Exchange (BVC) to promote private equity in the country, and the Colombian Development Bank (Bancoldex), providing support to set up its private equity strategy, process and team. As advisor of the BVC, he published various white papers and guides on private equity best practices. Mr. D’Apice has been working with the Access SEAF team since 2009. As Senior Advisor to FTC, he supported Petroworks (oil services) in the improvement of corporate governance, processes, the elaboration of a strategic plan, debt profile improvement, and finding a strategic buyer for divestment (achieved).
